Handbag Returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase, in original condition. Contact us via the form below to initiate a return. Please include your order number, as well as any feedback you may have about the product you are returning. Exchanges are also welcome for up to 90 days after purchase and are an excellent choice for thos who have received an Add Libb bag as a gift and are curious about other options. Our handbags are made from durable upholstery fabrics and genuine cowhide leathers. While we do not apply fabric protectants ourselves due to skin allergy concerns, we do recommend it to aide in caring for your handbag.
There are several protectant products on the market and any that you would use on a throw pillow in your home should be suitable for our handbags. Please, however be sure to read the directions on your product of choice and pay attention to what might be said about its application to leather when it comes to the leather features of your Add Libb handbag.

You can add a handle or a strap to any Add Libb handbag, adding true versatiltiy to your bag by converting it into a tote or shoulder bag instantly.
Our straps are made from a high-quality Spanish leather that does not chip or crack, and our shoulder chains are sturdy and well-plated. Available hardware finishes are silver, gold and antique brass. Leather strap and handle colors are light brown, dark brown and black.
Our wooden handles are made in-house and add a touch of sophistication to our unique bags.
In-Stock Handbag orders usually ship out via USPS Ground Advantage within 2 to 3 business days from purchase. You will receive an email with tracking info when we print your shipping label. Fyi, the label will be generated the day before your package reaches USPS hands.
Custom Made Handbags have a Standard Production Turn-Around of 12 Business Days. For these bags every step of the process, from fashioning leather and metal accents, to building the handbag’s structure and adding the finishing touches, is done especially for you.
Rush Order Production is available for a fee and can reduce turn around to a mere 5 business days. These orders will also ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested. Please contact us with further questions.
