RETURNS

Returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase, but the item must be in unused, new condition for a full refund of the handbag price. Send the bag back to our Add Libb studio address, along with a copy of your original receipt. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the returned shipment, unless the return is a result of our error.  Please be sure to email us at libby@addlibb.com to let us know that you are sending a return, so that we can be on the lookout for the package.  You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of our receipt of your returned package.

If, by some rare chance, a manufacturing fault occurs, you will be able to return your handbag within 6 months of purchase. Handbags simply suffering from intense wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Contact us and we will happily repair your handbag or replace as needed.

EXCHANGES

Choosing the right bag can be a nail bitter and buying for others is hard, but our Hassle-Free Exchange Policy makes you a Rock Star Gifter every time. Our handbags are EXCHANGEABLE for up to 90 days in unused condition. If you are buying a gift for a date further out than 90 days, that is okay.  Just email us at libby@addlibb.com after you place your order, so we will know to extend the Exchange window on your purchase. To Exchange, send your original bag back to our Add Libb studio address below.  Contact Libby to discuss your replacement options beforehand.  Be sure to include your original receipt with the returned shipment, as well any notes discussed with Libby regarding the replacement bag.
